All new office furniture comes backed by a five-to-ten year limited warranty.
5-year and 10-year Limited Warranty
Office Furniture Warehouse warrants new furniture items to you, the original retail purchaser, for five or ten years from the date of purchase, against material or manufacturing defects. Office Furniture Warehouse. will pay, within five or ten years from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective items and shipping costs from the customer to and from Office Furniture Warehouse at no charge to the purchaser.
Warranty is void if the product shows evidence of damage by misuse, humidity or any liquid, smoke or fire, improper cleaning methods, or alteration.
All used and closeout furniture is sold as is.
2.5% Convenience Fee
We charge a 2.5% convenience fee at the time of purchase if you choose to use a credit card to pay for the transaction. We do not charge a 2.5% convenience fee on debit transactions. If you return a purchase, we will refund the 2.5% convenience fee on the amount of the refund we issue based on the return.
We stand behind every item we carry and are happy when you are happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just let us know and we will make it right!
OFW guarantee’s the lowest price. If you find a lower price on an identical product within 30 days, we will refund the difference.
Our Delivery crews rock! If we do not leave your office cleaner than when we arrived, we will return and clean until you say ……. “please, please, stop cleaning”.
We strive to exceed expectations for the client in a fair and efficient manner by providing quality products and service. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return them within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Please contact us at 262-691-8838 for great personal service. Packages must be returned freight paid in original packaging and in new condition. Restock charges will apply based on specific circumstances, including custom orders. While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be approved by our customer service department prior to any type of refund being applied
Customer Location Readiness
Please ensure your space is cleared and ready for delivery. If we have to move/remove items in the space you will be billed at $65 per man hour.
Shipping Policy/Delivery of Goods
Products are usually shipped within 2 business days by Office Furniture Warehouse truck unless you request a special shipping method. Please contact us at 262-691-8838 to request special shipping. We are happy to use your shipping account if necessary.
Shipping is free to addresses in specified ZIP codes. After entering your ZIP code on the checkout page you will see shipping options and charges.
HOW TO REPORT DAMAGED GOODS
Please inspect all packages for damage before accepting the shipment. Do not accept delivery of the product if you know the product is damaged. If you receive any goods that have concealed damaged in shipping please contact us at 262-691-8838. Please have your order number and contact information when calling. Please note, you must save the carton for UPS inspection.
