Office Furniture Warehouse Terms & Conditions

Any access or use of ofwgo.com constitutes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions on your behalf. Acceptance means you will be bound to the terms in this agreement and any provisions made in the future. Office Furniture Warehouse has the right to amend their Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time. It is your sole responsibility to check back frequently for updates and changes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. PAYMENT TERMS: A deposit of 75% is required at the time the customer places their order, with the balance due at the time of delivery. Out state orders and on-line orders require entire product payment at the time the order is placed by the customer.
  1. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES: Cancellations received 10 days prior to the scheduled ship date will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25%. Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the scheduled ship date will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50%. All non-stock and special-order items are NON-CANCELLABLE and NON-RETURNABLE ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN ORDERED.  Fabric is a non-stock item. Fabric used to refurbish panels, flipper doors and tack-boards is a non-stock item. All orders and order changes made with Office Furniture Warehouse LLC must be in writing and are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50%.
  1. RETURN POLICY. If you re not satisfied with any of our products, you may return them within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit.  Packages must be returned freight paid in original packaging and in new condition.  Restock charges will apply based on specific circumstances, including custom orders.  All returns must be approved prior to receiving an exchange or store credit. 
  1. DELAYS: If installation is postponed as a result of an event or events outside of the control of Office Furniture Warehouse, Office Furniture Warehouse will store the product for thirty (30) days at no charge after the customer pays the balance due; payment is due on the original date installation/delivery was scheduled.
  1. Any loss, destruction, theft of, or damage to any of the product described within the contract after it reaches the premises of the purchaser shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  1. Purchaser agrees to supply without cost to Office Furniture Warehouse necessary light, heat, elevator service and a safe place for employees of Office Furniture Warehouse to work. The job site shall be clean, clear and free of debris prior to installation. Adequate facilities for off-loading, staging, moving and handling of merchandise shall be provided. 
  1. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION: All deliveries are made at ground level or to a functioning dock. Delivery and Installation services will be provided during normal working hours. The purchaser will pay additional labor cost resulting from overtime work performed at time and a half at the purchaser’s request.  All telephone wiring, data cabling and hard-wired electrical connections are the responsibility of the purchaser. Stair carry of products may require additional charges. Delivery staff is not allowed to perform any work that is not part of the Estimate.
  1. WARRANTY: All new office furniture comes with a manufactures limited warranty of between five (5) and ten (10) years depending on the manufacturer. The manufactures limited warranty covers material or manufacturer defects. 
  1. STORAGE: All merchandise will ship upon completion of production.  If customer is unable to accept shipment, Office Furniture Warehouse  may transfer the merchandise to storage. All cost for storage and additional freight incurred will be the responsibility of the customer as well as the risk of loss or damage during storage. 
  1. USED PRODUCT: All used product is on a first come, first served basis.  Office Furniture Warehouse  does not receive keys with all files/overhead storage. If there are no keys with the files/overhead storage, the customer may order as needed on Easykeys.com website, at customers expense.

Office Furniture Warehouse is not liable for:

  1. a) Products damaged by the shipping company
    b) Packages delivered but not received by the customer

Warranty Information

WARRANTY: All new office furniture comes with a manufactures limited warranty of between five (5) and ten (10) years depending on the manufacturer. The manufactures limited warranty covers material or manufacturer defects. 

Warranty is void if the product shows evidence of damage by misuse, humidity or any liquid, smoke or fire, improper cleaning methods, or alteration.

All used and closeout furniture is sold as is.

2.5% Convenience Fee

We charge a 2.5% convenience fee at the time of purchase if you choose to use a credit card to pay for the transaction. We do not charge a 2.5% convenience fee on debit transactions.

We stand behind every item we carry and are happy when you are happy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just let us know and we will make it right! 

Our Delivery crews rock!  If we do not leave your office cleaner than when we arrived, we will return and clean until you say ……. “please, please, stop cleaning”.

Return Policy

We strive to exceed expectations for the client in a fair and efficient manner by providing quality products and service. While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be approved prior to receiving an exchange or store credit.

Customer Location Readiness

Please ensure your space is cleared and ready for delivery. If we have to move/remove items in the space you will be billed at $65 per man hour. 

Shipping Policy/Delivery of Goods

Products are usually shipped within 2 business days by Office Furniture Warehouse truck unless you request a special shipping method. Please contact us at 262-691-8838 to request special shipping. We are happy to use your shipping account if necessary.

HOW TO REPORT DAMAGED GOODS

Please inspect all packages for damage before accepting the shipment.  Do not accept delivery of the product if you know the product is damaged.  If you receive any goods that have concealed damaged in shipping please contact us at 262-691-8838.  Please have your order number and contact information when calling. Please note, you must save the carton for UPS inspection.
